Having a communicative PM makes the world of difference

    After having a couple of PM's who had me constantly wondering what I was actually paying for (ie. their service was abysmal most of the time), I'm so happy to have found one that not only does what I thought they would/should, but actually goes above and beyond my expectations. I've just received this email from them, regarding the current bad weather in SE QLD - I'm impressed.

    I'm sure some people will probably think I'm over reacting and will tell me so (I've been told here previously, when highlighting the good work of a property-related professional, that they were 'just doing their job' etc), but I think it's nice to highlight some of the good things that people do (whether it's part of their job, or not). We hear so many stories of horrible things happening, and people complaining about what they don't like - so, I'm hoping the odd 'well done' can be appreciated (or at least accepted), in the spirit with which is it intended.
