    Looking for suggestions, experiences and discussions on the below.

    If mid term/the big picture goal is development (or any activity that requires capital) however a passive income via dividend investing is the chosen vehicle to get you out of the proverbial rat race, how would you be purchasing shares I.e use leverage, ensure fully offset and when funds are needed only draw down an amount where dividends cover repayments and then some.

    As per title I understand what I'm saying is a big ask and a little counterintuitive however in short if you were to invest in share for income but could require capital down the track, how would you?
