    Wow?! what an awesome opportunity for Vic Landlords/Agents, well done whoever pushed for and got this initiative approved through upper dept bureaucrats.

    Hopefully they take note of valid concerns/suggestions, guess allot will depend on participation maturity whether successful or not.

    Hope other states/territories (and Fed if required) take note (scepticism thinks otherwise).

    Its a pretty standard process for any tenancy law review to take submissions from all stakeholders. I was actually hoping for something a bit more focused, but maybe that will come later.

    As it stands, it kind of looks like an open mic night for everyone to grumble.
