    If this happens, you will see a return to the old “chicken pox parties” where people deliberately try to get infected so they can return to a less restricted life. If too many do this, hospitals could be overwhelmed.

    I would say cautious and concerned, not fearful. Fear drives behaviors like buying all the flour and baking paper in the supermarkets. It is an unreasonable reaction based on fear and hysteria being driven by the media and social media and it does not help the situation in any way.
