Dr years ago said to roll cans. Found it a bit painful this time around. I’ll try the frozen bottles.

I also started using super cushioned Altra trail runners (Olympus model) as my usual walking shoe - with added arch support insoles.

    Haha

Wondering, I chose "stayed the same" but if Covid continues, I wonder if I'll have to go up a category. Seems like my resting heart rate that was sitting between 56-59 before Covid is now up to 65....

I ate 3 blocks of chocolate in a week last week. I think I overdid it lol. My cheeks look like I time travelled back to high school due to the diet-triggered pimples.

I've stayed the same, but only because my home is a biscuit-free, cake-free, cheese-free and generally nibble-free place. Doubly tough when I go to Woolworths and there's a short dated pack of scones or buns marked right down.

I've had it for over ayear now. Was super active before - HIIT etc. Now, I'm unable to. Am wondering if I have to live with this. On occasion when I'm walking it absolutely kills.

I wear inserts which help quite a bit but still.. I also wear Birkenstocks at all times at home when not wearing shoes/sneakers

I will say, my colleague who I last saw in person in February looks like he put on a huge amount of weight on his face (we have MS teams meetings at least once a day). Not good...

Yes, said it would sort itself out...plus roll ice bottles etc. Admittedly, I haven't done that but my pain is mostly on the ball of the heel itself, not towards the centre like most people.

I’m still not 100% over mine either. I’m at the stage where it’s not incredibly painful but I’m still avoiding unnecessary walking. I was getting quite good months ago (where I’m back at now) and asked hubby to massage the arch of my foot but he thought it would be helpful to press hard on my heels which really set me back! He well and truely knows that was a bad idea!! I should get rolling on cans again as it’s only really my arch now rather than the extremely painful heel.

Maybe I should try rolling ice bottles to see if that works. Might wait till the weather warms up though.
