Updated tags on domain listings seem to have disappeared this week.....

    Anyone else noticed this?

Was a really useful tool in a dropping market...

I like domain myself personally but depends on which state you are looking in depends on how well domain is represented.

I Do! But only so I can monitor how auctions and price reductions are going...

Anyway...seems to be back on now....but not very accurate.

Well a lot of listings that are genuinely updated don't receive the tag....some do.

If the price is updated, property goes under contract...often these don't receive an updated tag.

Sometimes they do...sometimes they don't..... inaccurate.

I think that's more the agency for not updating it?

Yep - that's my bet. In particular, they often won't update "under contract" until a listing goes unconditional.
