    As the title suggest, has anyone used rentbook.com.au for their property management? I'm considering managing my own properties and wanted to know what other people's thoughts were on the software.

    I looked at this and the feature set seemed limited. Which features of rentbook are you thinking will be useful for you?

    I've been using it for a few years now without issue. I have 4 active leases that I self-manage. The support isn't great, but the software does the job and whilst not always intuitive, it does seem to have all the necessary features.

    What features are useful for ppl looking to self manage?

    I just have a whole suite of documents and spreadsheets kept in Google drive and alerts for when things need to be done.

    Not sophisticated but seems to do the trick.

    Would be interested to know ways to make it more efficient though. Is there a service that checks to see if rent is deposited or are ppl checking manually?
