    Melbourne friends sold their home and bought a townhouse in Melbourne for family reasons. Also bought a beach unit at Kingscliff (northern NSW) to escape the cold winters.

    Spend the winter months in Kingscliff and holiday rent it the rest of the time.

    Works well for them.
