You are best to do your own research and purchase without the use of another company.

No responses should not be considered ‘no bad opinions’.

experienced investors do their own research, have their own advisors and never outsource decision making.

how to gain experience? By doing your own research, finding your own advisors and making your own decisions.

How much do they charge to source a property? It appears they outsource the purchase to "trusted" buyers agents/partners?

They are now also working directly as well as providing their data to BA’s.
    Fee is $7.5k I believe.

    Haven’t used the service.

Do they also source properties from "trusted" developers?

We manage a few of the properties that Ripehouse has bought for clients here in Adelaide. In general they all seem to be decent properties but obviously keep in mind everyone has a different budget, criteria and risk profile.

Looks like a lot of the quit the 9 to 5 kiddy BA's are aligned to this service, using ripehouse as a data agency- probably as they have no (or very limited investing/ advising experience), so don't know how to crunch the numbers themselves. I have also observed ripehouse adverts popping up in my FB feed pushing their own services.

As always in this space, caveat emptor.

I’ve been told it’s more like $12,000 per purchase

No - this is a BA service based from data research not spruikers.

Not from Ripehouse directly. That may be from some of the BAs using their data services at the back end.

Also interested to know if anyone has any feedback from purchasing through them.

@Scottydogg did you end up going with them or someone else?

Hi major, no I havnt bought a property yet, mostly because my circumstances changed a bit and I had to change tact.
I’ll be buying in a couple of months but won’t be using ripehouse. I thought about it a lot but it’s a lot of cash to hand over when information is out there with a bit of digging. Also there’s a lot of good brains on this forum that will share their experience.
