    This is one quote I can't stand and goes against every fibre of my being. That's why a lot of ppl invest - cos they are fed up of the bird in hand and seek a better future. Just my thoughts on this quote. no right. no wrong.

    2 'quotes ' I have always remembered that have some reference to investing & life

    1. Knowledge is being aware that a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad

    Actually we've used this one several times when negotiating prior to auction for clients. Holding out for a bigger/superior price outcome can be a risk that some vendors end up unwilling to take....and so go with the bird in the hand :)

    If you see or hear Rental Guarantee keyword, run !

    that's what I've been advised a well in the previous SS forum.
