Had anyone bought IPs in Canada?

    Hi:
    Between me and my partner we have 4 different passports so was looking to diversify the portfolio a little beyond Australia. After prolonged discussion we thought about Canada, specifically Pacific coast ie British Columbia.
    Now I rushed out and bought a book on Amazon.ca about investing in Canada, however would like to hear from someone who lives in Aus and actually bought in Canada, can be any province, and how they find the experience.

    I guess the question is what are some of the differences? I know people buying in the States because of the cashflow however I've also heard Canada is more for the growth. Is this right?
