I like this idea, if nothing more than for entertainment...Like this?

*Edit, I put in the bracket the actual past 12 months performance on median house price according to REIWA.

To be fair, there wasn't a specific on whether it was predicted growth would be in houses, units, commercials, etc

Top 10 Perth suburbs for 2015 and 2016

TOP 10 SUBURBS FOR THE 2015/2016 FINANCIAL YEAR
    Forrestfield - [-3.30%]
    Scarborough - [-6.10%]
    Midland - [-4.30%]
    South Perth - [+2.50%]
    Kewdale - [-14.40%]
    Northbridge - nodata
    Clarkson - [-4.10%]
    Kwinana - nodata
    Spearwood - [-3.90%]
    Wandi - [-10.00%]

I believe there are several areas that will achieve double-digit capital growth as has been the case over the current financial year.

Yes lets include the names - and the date of the prediction would be good too as that financial year is now over.

If you guys would like I can run them by my Maltese shih-tzu.

Bone on the left...The prediction is right, bone on the right.....prediction wrong.

I predict that my dog will be equally as accurate as the mainstream experts.

This post is only half written in jest....;)

How do you know that the dog's going to relieve itself rather than rushing to an agent with your tips to buy up big?

.....but then again, I could be barking up the wrong tree. ;)

Authors and Economic Analysts Lindsay David and Philip Soos predict that AUSTRALIA is in the midst of the “largest housing bubble on record” and when it bursts it will be a “bloodbath”. The “epicentre” of the collapse will take place in Melbourne. Other capital cities will experience a downturn, though not as large in percentage terms as Melbourne or Perth.

Housing market ‘bloodbath’ a near certainty

The Linsay David/Soos team have a vested interest in spreading doom and gloom. Their whole business depends on it.

NAB researchers also stating a softening of markets in 2017

He certainly got it wrong in 2014 should have been buying, most predictions seem to be wrong.

If tightening continues markets may very sell soften in 2017? time will tell
