Without a stated time frame they can never be shown to be wrong, although Steve Keen has put himself out there again.

To be fair, there wasn't a specific on whether it was predicted growth would be in houses, units, commercials, etc

Authors and Economic Analysts Lindsay David and Philip Soos predict that AUSTRALIA is in the midst of the “largest housing bubble on record” and when it bursts it will be a “bloodbath”. The “epicentre” of the collapse will take place in Melbourne. Other capital cities will experience a downturn, though not as large in percentage terms as Melbourne or Perth.

The Linsay David/Soos team have a vested interest in spreading doom and gloom. Their whole business depends on it.

 

He predicted the same “bloodbath” back in 2014 too.

He certainly got it wrong in 2014 should have been buying, most predictions seem to be wrong.

If tightening continues markets may very sell soften in 2017? time will tell
