I'm starting to play with some numbers but I'm after some general consensus for % increases.
I know all markets are different and the numbers won't always be the same but I'm after some data for growth from bottom of market to peak. or on the clock 6 o'clock to 12. Or full cycle if you swing that way.

Or just send me to a website if you wish :)

Want to get an idea of equity growth and when to pull it for the next deposit and how purchases are likely and purchase values with deposits avail

As a punt I'd go with the bulk 60-80% of increases over 4 years of a 10-12 year cycle. 12 is easy as it matches the clock!

So as a start the first couple of years get slow build up then big moves
    5, 10, 15, 20, 20, 5, -5 , flat for a number of years.

And averages out to between 4 -5% in the long term.
