I love my books. How else can you get a successful mentor in your home and learn some things from them for $10.95 :D Been to a couple of AR events in the past and I got massive value out of it. Even if it is largely psychological, who cares. As long as it gets you results. Half the battle is to trick your brain into doing things it wont ordinarily/naturally do (and in fact often does the opposite) in order to take you to another level to achieve higher success ;) Property mastermind is some development material mate.

A picture of my book shelf :(

I still love books, but have had to succomb to e-tech. I travel too much and carrrying physical books is too onerus.

One day when I get a PPOR I might start a collection of real books, just so I can show my grandkids how old I really am.

Have just started reading it but I don't think they would be comparable. But I am not a fan of RDPD. I think his mindset/philosophy stuff is good but I don't like much else. There are many people waaaaaay better than him who talk about mindset but he just happened to be better known so that's why many people like him.

@MTR @Leo2413 we should propose a 'book club' section in Property Chat dedicated to property investing/self-development/mindset books. Each thread would be on a particular book, and everyone that has read the book can give a review, also each book's thread should have it's own poll rating of 1-10 for people to rate the book.
    What'd you think???

@MTR Thanks for recommending the book. Just finished and It's actually a really good book with many useful insights. I have really enjoyed it and have taken away some news things. I particularly like that it specifically focuses on cycles and factors related. Much appreciated.
