Hi, I want to introduce myself, I have been a property investor in the past, I have multiple rental properties that I have purchased and renovated and I am a buy and hold kind of guy. Look spray guns are very handy if used correctly, if fact it's like having 5 painters working for you but it doesn't finish as good,just treat it like a big brush.
