Greetings from Mornington Peninsula

Hi All, recently discovered this forum after my wife and I decided to move to Frankston Sth with our 2 yr old son. I had been collating data and opinions and decided to rent our ppor out for 12 months and we would also rent for 12 months to make sure we like it. FF 16 months, we sold our house after 12 month lease was over. Just at a good time before the drops and we are subsequently renting and deciding when is a good time to go shopping. Hence I have come to this forum to engage like minded property heads.
I’m very Interested in speaking to anyone with a keen eye on the Frankston south/ Mt Eliza property market
