Currently, I work as a property and marketing consultant. One of my goals is to own an investment property. What about you, Whitecat?
I have 2 houses in bne (hence my spruiking of bne). One in wavell heights (ip) the other in paddington (ppor). Ip is positively geared at 80% loan. Currently converting my ppor into dual occupancy (up/down). Then will evaluate what to do once that's rented. Overall LVR is 70%. I would like to invest in another State in future to diversify but im reasonably bulish about brisbane given the historic relative low price compared to size and future infrastructure. Will seek advice on here about what to do next once I've reduced debt a bit. Also doing some low cost minor renos to ppor to bring out the character.
