QLD Greenbank vs Park Ridge Vs Caboolture

Hello mates,

I am a first-time investor with a budget of $500K. I am currently considering properties in three suburbs i.e. Greenbank, Park Ridge and Caboolture.

Can you please share your thoughts (pros and cons) on these three suburbs in QLD?

Why are you considering these specific suburbs? Why do you think your tenants would want to live there?

I am interested in a few properties in these areas, which is why asked this question

 

Boronia Hts is popular, near Park Ridge. Good capital gains this year in Boronia Hts. Good transport links also.

Caboolture is too far out for my liking. Lots of housing developments planned out that way.

Greenland flies under the radar, so a big block in greenbank could be OK.

Plenty of others to think about.

What are your thoughts on Radke Road in Bethania?

 

I like Bethania, my favourite st is Chifley st. Radke has a lot of new developments, and flood levels need checking.

Older house on bigger block I prefer. But Bethania is worth looking at. Can get express by using milk run to loganlea and hop on express to brissy.

Check out Meadowbrook nearest hospital as well.

 

If you are considering Caboolture, go to Deception Bay or Redcliffe instead. Have a look at properties as close to the Caboolture CBD as possible rather than further away. There was a thread on PC a few weeks ago asking about Caboolture with relevant comments.
