Looking at a block of land to build on that overlooks a golf course and ocean view but also in view of a waste water treatment plant that supplys water to the golf course. Apparently in the past there was an odour associated with this but now fixed..... I couldn't smell anything but what are peoples thoughts on this...
I'd rather look over some tanks and ponds than neighbors roof's. The facility aren't likely to plant big tree's either (that may obscure your view in the future). I guess the big question is what direction is the block from the facility in relation to prevailing winds ? As it isn't just smell but noise that may turn out to be the biggest issue .....
