hahaha apart from the thefts and I'm assuming the CCTV was of common areas, to build all that and get away with it for so long is almost impressive.

I liked the fact that his next plan was a hydro set up in a rainwater tank.

The strata committee probably needs the boot given the "exclusive use of common property" probably doesnt have a by-law.... but anyway, I suppose the next police sale of unclaimed property will now have an extensive list...

Doubt he's an Owner or that those areas are EUA, and no by law required to say you can't inhabit a carpark or storage area as doing so is a breach of the DA/Local City Council By Laws. I'm surmising he’s an under-paid employee for a large multinational facility management company (BGIS). He probably won’t even get charged for trespass because it’s his place of work, squatting is a civil matter not criminal, also assuming the CCTV was of common areas (and that's pretty embarrassing for those security companies), if the goods are stolen he’ll get done for that, but would be most amusing if he pulled out a leaver arch folder (asset register of sorts) with receipts for it all, ha
