    Hi guys

    Really glad to find this community after noticing there was no activities on Somersoft forum.

    I started my journey in 2006, I followed one mentor, I read books and magazine while saving for a deposit.

    Bought my first IP in 2009 and since meeting my wife, we were able to combine forces to purchase a few more and developed more knowledge by networking with a lot of other investors.

    This forum is a great place for anyone wanting to know more about properties with less fear they're going to get tricked by unethical agents/managers.

    Bought in Mildura, Victoria. Having issue with PM and strata right now but it has been a good investment for cash flow

    welcome onboard @Yonny, starting in 2009, these properties/assets would have put you into a good equity position. are you looking at purchasing more?

    I also combined forces, well incomes with my wife when we first got married. I was pretty excited at the time to have 2 x paychecks to play with as opposed to one :)
