Hi all Could be a stupid question but has anyone here heard of Grant Cardone and more so his joint investment company Cardone Capital? Basically the block of units (a few hundred units) has been purchased then you can buy into with all the benefits of holding property - tax benefits, depreciation, rental income, captial growth. I know one would have to do due diligence on the company etc but after listening to him for a while now he seems legit I am just wondering if anyone else has heard of this John
He's been around for a while. I've been following him on and off for the past few years. Seems to be ramping it up of late.
He is legit. i have been following his content for 5-6 yrs religiously. mainly on his sales content which I got alot of knowledge from. still listen to him daily. he has been goin hard with the real estate investing and fund. initally began for accredited investors only i.e. earning over $200K/yr or $1M in net assets (i think it is in the US). apparently he has just lodged a license for the fund which enables anyone to invest for as little as $10K. he takes a clip of the profit at purchase and when they exit the deal. don't quote me on the numbers - but for any amount above a +6 net return on the cashflow, there is a 65/35 split on that portion. I love watching his real estate shows - so many nuggets of gold on how he looks at deals and alos just his negotiation/researching tactics. Even though its US real etate, alot of the methods can be relatable to local market.
Mr 10X himself. I have all his books and am a regular listener. Very heavy hitter and helpful in developing the right mindset. He has a free book - Millionaire Booklet, which is quite good for the starters. Also some good gems for experienced investors. He is the real deal in my view.
