    I advertised it as 2 bedrooms + study, but I showed clear photos for all 3 rooms and let the potential tenants to judge :)

    Wondering how the GF in Logan is doing? especially this the above poster... did we get any rent increase? have problem reletting?

    in NSW 60m2, 2bedroom is pretty ok in size
    70m2 I believe it's ok for 2 bed + study.. that "study room" is really 10m2 and people can open up with their imaginations...
