    Hi all,

    Can anyone recommend a builder for a granny flat around the south coast NSW? A friend is looking at building one in Vincentia.

    Do you have the plans or do you need the builder to take care of the CDC/CC and stormwater plans?

    In order to get proper quotes you really need to give the builder structural and stormwater plans to price up.

    There are a few options depending on the desired quality and layout, in Vincential you might want something a little more upmarket which might suit a custom local designer and builder. I have a few of these but just PM me if you want their details. For more generic GF support there is "Ian Cubbitts Classic Home Improvements" in Warilla and "One Stop Homes" plus "All About Sheds"in South Nowra which are worth call and at the more affordable end of the spectrum.
