    hi all,

my builder told me yesterday that there is rumour that Granny flat no longer allowed in May 2016.

not sure whether it is just my area (St Marys, Penrith Council) or it is for the whole Sydney.

I search and can't find any information on this, including the council website.

anyone can clarify whether my builder is wrong? should I give the council a call?

Only if you believe in rumours.

I haven't heard anything about it - although I'm sure there's heaps within the area. It seems like every GF loan I've done is for west syd. Call the council and ask.

    Cheers

thank you all for reply. i will give them a call next week and find out.

I am sure that if there is anything as such, they can't get it implemented right away especially with no news, no announcement.
