A couple of people I had referred on said that Serge was not involved day-to-day and his son was running the business. This was around 12 months ago so I was wondering if it was still the case.

I seen this awesome granny flat product on channel 9 news and getting more and more popular since they seem to be quite easy to install and very cheap compare to other traditional builds.

check out their website - Kit Homes | Granny Flats | Modular Homes | Stronger | Smarter | Cheaper

Iam also looking at building a granny flat and doing resarch atm.

Hi guys, I can see multiple people mentioned Serge here. Is he really good? I want to build granny flat and I am trying to do it reasonably cheap. His prices are around 100k mark. Is this ok?

Thanks Zak. I did spoke to them. the only problem is we need to have a builder as they provide the home in kit form and the builder needs to fit it.
They do only their design and will not deviate from that.(I may be wrong).

I've spoken with Serge recently, he's still around. My mate is doing a granny flat with them at the moment, and his son Nick is handling the file.

Nick does a lot of the work these days and is more than capable. Serge is in the office on a regular basis and oversees the work.

Just visited the site, very cheeky on the chinese advertising.
    Granny Flat Solutions
    In chinese it says
60sqm not big enough? We have bigger ones for you to pick from.
80sqm, 100sqm, 2 houses (the 2 houses is clearly a house with a single garage which the single garage/shed has been converted into another house.

Has anyone completed a project with a pre fab Grannyflat? Was it easy working with council? Were tenants happy with it?
