    Hi All,

    Just in the process of sending out feelers for quotes for GF Builders. I have a couple of recommendations but wondering if forumites have any other recent experiences to pass along.

    Note before others suggest alternative strategies, this property & GF is for a yield play and don’t have the borrowing capacity available for other purchases.

    Looking for a 70m2 detached 2 bed in the good sized rear yard with driveable side access.
    Not necessarily after the cheapest but someone who will do a good job, on time & at a fair price.

    Happy to receive by PM if people don’t want to publish good / bad feedback in the public arena.
    As always any assistance is greatly appreciated.

    Dixon Homes - Call Peter on Capalaba site - Built without meeting anyone (just a week before handover). They don't have any specific designs that meet your lot but Peter can accomodate changes to meet your lot and GF rules. Ive done 3/1/1 on 70m2 (which is what most 1960s designs are anyway)

    @YoungBull I can't recall exactly where you were up to with GF Builders, but might have something to offer here?
