I thought i would share our current granny flat build, old garage knocked down and granny put in its place.

    60m2 Living space | 2 Bedroom | 1 Bathroom | 1 Car

    Block size 842m2

This is for my in laws to live in so finish is a tad higher quality to that of rental builds

    Thanks for posting.

I have a property with a garage like the one you had. I am looking to demolish it & extend the driveway to the back of the block adding a double garage with one side for the house & the other for the prefab GF.

Did your garage contain aspestos? If you don't mind me asking, in what state is the property & how much was the garage demo?

    Thanks.

If it's for the in laws you should have just done a dodgy garage conversion. ;)

The garage contained asbestos, it was removed by an asbestos removal approved demolition company and was 10k all up. That includes digging up the concrete slab.
