Hi Team, Never posted on SS, just took in all the great info and used it to find IP#1. Am 25 and live in Sydney, purchased PPOR late 2013 in Lower Blue Mountains and have used equity built up to start building the portfolio. I have always had the idea to invest and somehow stumbled across the old SS forum that opened my eyes to on how to actually use property as a medium to create wealth. Thanks all for taking the time to share and be open with your experiences. Makes a big difference to those of us who are just starting out to avoid common pitfalls. Hopefully I can now start contributing from my own experiences and pass on my knowledge (however limited) Thanks!!
