    The article I posted from Coastal Chic highlights some suburbs that have a lot going for them.

    You won't lose close to the beach, and if you can add a short commute to sydney or good cafes or train station, seems like a safe bet to me.

    I don't see the problem... my IP rented within a week each time I needed to rent it out, and has never had a week vacant. It's cash flow positive with P&I... that's a townhouse in Gosford. According to the bank valuation last month, it's up 55% in under 5 years.

    Any certain areas investors here are looking at or just Gosford. I was checking out bateau bay to live a while ago and recently it looks like most of the development is the Gosford area, not much further north
