    Hello everyone

    I hlbeed advice . Is it worth to buy something in gooseberry hills for around 1.2 million as PROR .

    Is the suburb ok to live with kids ?
    Is it good time to buy in hills?
    If I sell that in 10 years what you guys forecast ?

    I am only asking becausemy wife like hills and I am in doubt if it is right decision.

    I would say that the type of property that would make a great PPOR for 1.2 mil there would very likely make it a terrible investment at the same time.

    But I mean its a PPOR, so some sort of financial opportunity cost is always going to be there. Plus theres keeping the wife happy and all that...

    I guess it depends on the property. I think you should be able to get something you like in the area for significantly less. I'd keep looking. The prices seem to be going down there.
