VIC Good School, Transport 750k Max?

    Hi guys,

    First time poster.

    We are looking at buying an IP and moving into it ourselves in a few years when our daughter starts school.

    Our budget is around 750k what sort of area can you guys recommend that has decent secondary and primary schools and close to a train station?

    We are looking for a landed house, with 3 bedrooms. Currently considering areas like Pascoe Vale (Strathmore College) and Bellfield (Ivanhoe primary).

    Any other areas that we should be considering?
