    Hi guys,

    I just bought my first investment property in Hobart and I was wondering if any one has recommendations for good property managers over there? Ideally with experience in the Glenorchy council areas?!

    Congrats! Where did you buy?

    Chat to Robbie Yeoland from Knight Frank and mention that I referred you. She came highly recommended, she manages a few properties for me, most recently one in Berriedale.

    I bought one in Claremont so not too far :)

    Had a quick look at Robbie she does seem very solid! Are you able to let me know roughly what she charges?

    Reviving this thread... I've had my house in Glenorchy for 4 years now and whilst the house is fine, I've struggled with property managers and tradies the entire time. Has anyone found a decent PM down there? I could accept the eye watering costs if the service actually backs them up.
