    Hello,

    Just wondering if anyone has recommendations for a good PM in Canberra that looks after properties around the Belconnen area. I would like someone who is proactive and thorough and doesn't need chasing up constantly.

    I find it good going with a boutique agency.

    I've also heard good things about Morrissey Property About us You could check if they are still doing rentals.

    yeh i wouldnt mind knowing a good one too. but not one that charges 10% like Nikoletta...
    ok you get what you pay for, so ill rephrase, i wouldnt mind a reasonable one with reasonable fees
