    Hey everyone!

Been awhile since I've been on here! Been abit slack with that haha

Anyway I got some good news! Just enrolled for an Agents Rep Course. Which I should be completing in the next month or so. Very excited, been wanting to do this for while now. Just had to get the guts up to do it!

Anyone who has any jobs or advice hit me up!

    Woohooo!!!

It is an Agents Representatives Cert.

It's 5 days full time. Not to expensive.

It is a requirement for majority of real estate jobs. It pretty much give you the requirements you need to entry level positions. Admin, personal assistant, property manager assistant and real estate cadet(which is kind of like a real estate agent apprentice kind of thing).

The pay varies, depending on which job you get.

    $40,000 to $52,000+ per year.

Once you have slogged your guts out for several years as a general dog's body for a top flight agent, made all of the contacts, built your networks, start bringing in clients (and converting them to listings) and start hitting 2-4 sales /month @ 50% share of the comms you won't be asking what it pays.

    Good for you Adam
    Scott is right.

The thing that makes the biggest difference in real estate sales and property management is the ability to bring in the listings. That is the only difference between success and failiure.,

All the how Tos and strategies can be worked out very easily.

    Hey everyone!
I've completed the course! All I have to do now is finish the assignments and get a police check!

Very interesting I might say! Anyone in Melbourne hiring?

I would focus on your local area where you live or an area where you want to work.

Learn a lot about the markets before you go to the job interview as providing some basic local knowledge (median house price etc) might allow you to stand out.
