Hi everyone, my name is Dan, live in Sydney from Melbourne. Also lived in Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Wagga, Newcastle and Canberra. I am 34 new to investing in property, so doing a few courses to understand the different strategies and find out what works best for my wife and I. We are both wanting to get amongst like minded individuals and escape this rat race through property investing.
Welcome Dan. You'll learn a lot reading this forum. I hope you aren't paying too much for the courses, and also that they aren't the push courses where you are pressured to sign up and spend money. I've been to those in the past and found it easy to take what I found of interest without signing up.
Hi Dan, Welcome to the forum Before you spend too much on courses, read lots and search up the courses you're looking at on here - generally they're very expensive, or free with a big sales push and either way you want to be sure you know what you're signing up for. Much of it can be learned for free on PC.
