    Morning All,

Really eager to hear people's thoughts with regards to new home sales.

I have had a few interviews with some great building company's and also been offered some positions in new home sales however I'm unsure if it's a great time to be getting into this?

    What's everyone's thoughts?

Do you like helping people? Do you like working weekends? Do you understand the product (new homes, the building process etc).

Hi @ScottyT , welcome aboard. I'm a sales & marketing manager for one of WAs highest volume builders.

It's a tough gig at times, but extremely rewarding. All the technical skills can be taught, but it's the never say die attitude and the resilience that either makes or breaks a successful new home rep.

Happy to discuss further with you if you want an honest opinion on the builders that you have been speaking with.
