Basically as the title says. Does anyone know a good person to use? I'm located in the Hills area in Sydney and need one put in.
I just built the rooms, so I want someone that does a good job.

    Thanks!

I too would like recommendations for same but located in Syd cbd area? I need a brand new built-in as well as an existing built-in changed. Would it be cheaper to get built-in wardrobe specialists or my builder to do the job?

Try Academic Wardrobes in Leichhardt. They did our BIR and we are super happy with them!

    Hi Spludgey,
I had a built-in wardrobe (sliding doors) put in recently with T&T Wardrobes but unfortunately, I didn't have a very good experience with them.
I didn't find their service or quality of workmanship to be good at all. The Sales guy who did the quoting was nice and friendly, but not the installers. They rocked up 2 hours late and when they put in the frame on top, it wasn't level with the mirrored doors, so looks lop-sided. When I asked them politely, they said it's because my ceiling isn't level and then went to complain that I have been watching them the whole time installing the wardrobe making it very frustrating for them @_@".

I went with these guys as I online I read a few had a good experience with them, so thought I would give them a go. Won't be using these guys again.

On the other hand, I have used Impressive Wardrobes from Bankstown many years ago and from memory, they weren't a bad mob, so I may give those guys a buzz next time. Hope this helps

What was the price for that?
We pay $600 - 650 installed by off the back of a truck installer lol That's up to 2400mm wide and high 2 door mirrors with shelf both sides and hanging space in middle.

I guess the material must have fallen off a truck as well if they are doing wardrobes at those prices ;)

I called him and he quoted me around $1,100 for a two door, so nearly twice the price of the cheapest ones out there. Still contemplating what to do.

The deadline I gave myself for finishing the renovations was March 31st, so yes, it's dragging on a bit!
I should finish the painting this afternoon and then it's just some minor electrical work, hanging a door as well as the wardrobe to do on the inside.
Still a little bit of work to be done on the outside though.
