Good builders in GC

Hi,

I'm a long time reader, first time poster. We bought a 20+ years old house last year at Gold Coast and now decide to move to Gold Coast and live in it ourselves. This will be our first major renovation project. I've got plenty of warning that the renovation would be costly and slow, and some suggested that such renovation could cost more than rebuilding. Many of you are experts; I'd like to hear what your experience is? Is this true?

It is also critical to have the right kind of builder. Have any of you used good reliable builders that you could recommend? Thanks so much.

 

It always depends on the circumstances. Im a fan of renovating the Builder I use and the one who I refer all my clients to is Ben Revitte Ph: 0411692688 give him a call and have a chat his a really nice bloke very well priced too
