Seems to be very strong quarterly growth in a few pockets of the GC.

Anyone got the latest API data table (the digital one)?

My feeling is next 3 years will be really strong.

In terms quarterly data it seems to me it was pretty strong all round. Probably strongest in mermaid waters and palm beach. But surfers also doing well, if that's a market that appeals.

Just been to burleigh heads, can't believe the amount of funky new eateries opened up in that lane way and surrounds ! I wonder what the trade is like usual working weekdays?

Burleigh is booming in terms of Cafes dining bars etc. Its like that ear round. Same with Nobbys. Pacific Fair is beautiful post renno and packed. Broadbeach is packed. And Surfers has turned around big time - very family and tourist focussed these days.

Retail shopping absolutely booming on Gold Coast. Both Robina and Pac Fair are packed. And it's only going to get better. The Pac Fair has not even fully finished its multimillion dollar make over, casino also in the middle of renno, lots of buildings are just commencing construction and light rail continues to build out. As we approach the 2018 games it's boom times ahead ...

Boxing Day sales success are set to continue for two weeks across the Coast

    Hi OC1.
Tugun has plenty of upside IMO. It's still a sleeper and still has the raw beachy feel due to the absence of high rise. New cafes and the like are moving in and I get the feeling that the significant Burleigh, Palm Beach and Currumbin café/foodie scene will spill-over to Tugun and increase its desirability.

Hahahaha. And it isn't even finished yet. Fortunately this is my local milk bar. Its a 5-6 minute walk from where we live. It was about time they improved/extended Pacific Fair. It should augur well for the nearby housing. :) :D

Housing anywhere around Pac Fair should do well. It's a great attraction and draw card. Great shopping and really nice high end dining post renno. Light rail. Upgraded and renovated casino. Yes your property there will do very well next 5 years!
