    Is Gold Coast still make sense for a house? Isn't the market already risen recently?

    Morning, would love to hear some insider thoughts on Merrimac around the 550k range. Looking to relocate to Gold Coast & wondering if this is too far out to enjoy the real lifestyle of being close to the water, cafes. Looks like at least a 15minute drive? Anything closer in would likely mean a townhouse but want to avoid the extra holding costs. thank you

    Are you looking to buy? Im tossing up between GC and middle ring Brisbane City Council for my next purchase. Feel like GC could get more CG's with so much infrastructure spending. Did experience the seasonal tenancy issue for my Southport
