Bushfire prone areas become more risky due to effects of climate change such as hotter and drier temps, longer droughts etc, not rising sea levels per se.

What a crazy price. Dry block. Tiny land and those ceilings would be at the lowest habitable limit. Not too far from the beach but not close either. It's not beach side by any stretch. Cosmetic reno with nice staging.... silly price IMO. Great outcome for the vendor.

These streets further back from Miami Beach are the “bigger” blocks inMiami and where the families want to live as no duplexes can be built. I’m thinking it’s a Sydney retiree overspending though.I was underwhelmed by the Reno but good for them as it was a risky flip. These back streets of Miami are now getting flipped quite regularly for million plus Property Report for 13 Anita Avenue, Miami QLD 4220

Went for around the 1.2 mill. Small house again but is styled and renovated in the current Hampton trend !
