    See below an update on the stage 2 of the Gold Coast light rail and also future plans. Well worth looking at for property investors looking to make a gain on the back of infrastructure roll out.

    In my mind the biggest opportunity for gains is with stage 3, between Broadbeach and Burleigh. This is prime property limited in supply and with height restrictions. So this is where I see the biggest gains. Also good longer term gains for anyone betting on a further rollout to the Gold Coast airport.
