Switched after 2 years due to lack of communication, constant change over of agency staff, stand off attitudes, not calling to authorise major repairs even though it was stated in the agreement, and the 'promised' PM we were going to have moving into sales after 6 months. Every PM after him was useless. If he'd stuck around, we might have as well..

The PM we have now is great. Lower rate, higher rent, more communication, yet at the same time barely hear anything from them.

I had one once, but I left and did it myself, I thought they charged too much for what they did.

Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
If nothings going on its a good thing. Whole point of delegating the role is to streamline and automate your investing journey. But if stuffs going on and you're not being informed, then thats another matter entirely :p

I see it as a good thing with this PM! We know they're on the ball with anything that comes up, so if we don't hear anything, we know that nothings happening, which is good by me ;)
