Really? I thought you always loved the treasure hunting game :)

    ---

My property goal for this year has been acquiring another 2 x IP and glad it was completed mid-year. Challenging myself at getting another one before end of the year to exceed the current goal!

Same as somebody said they think I wouldn't do a JV either. But now I'm open to it.

Ps. Whatever it is, it has to tick all the boxes, and stack up as an investment.

Well done! I am still keen to complete this goal before the end of the year but if this has to be continued on to next year, that's fine for me because at least in the position to action this goal and shouldn't purchase a property for the sake of it.

    Thanks @jins13 :)

Totally agree with your statement on don't buy just for the sake of buying. The purchase has to fit each one's strategy so definitely gotta be happy with it before pulling the trigger!

I usually joke to myself to keep the slight edge momentum going everyday on RE.com.au then I'll be half way there in achieving this goal ;)

I didn't even get my first goal complete .... to enter my goals:(

I had them written elsewhere and tracking pretty good.

Main one is to- live life, give that a big tick:cool: bit unsure going back to Sydney as the rat race can suck the life out of one! But with a positive mindset and plan to leave, we'll treat it like a holiday and enjoy it

Frequent road trips outta the chaos can help. Also stay away from the cbd at lunch time. Watching the thousands of suits frantically trotting around is extremely depressing.
