    which suburb you will pick for long term capital growth and why?

    Idea I am toying with at the moment is -
    stand alone house with decent land ( around 600 m2 with re develop potential)
    no run down house, only minor reno if required

    Any advise or opinion would be appreciated as I am new to PI and looking for my first IP. 8)
