    Just wondering what the process is for the PMs here when returning a property's keys back to the owner who is moving in? Do you just hand over the keys and that's it or is there more of a discussion?

    ? What sort of discussion would there be? Apart from "here are your keys"?

    Depends on the circumstances - lost management or end or business relationship (owner moving into property).

    I've moved back into my house twice and both times I dropped into the RE office and got the keys from reception. No issues or discussion.
