@Drgonzo ... good to see something moving there,. We have one in there and took 6 weeks to find tenets. luckily, our PM is very active and she worked hard to have it leased.
I suspect unless someone bought a few years ago and extremely cheaply most girrawheen buyers will regret it. Even after rezoning tr he numbers are pretty average l, even worse when you take into account the time lines

Agreed. Also government is selling off land in the area may also impact on prices. Council dates are always estimates that get blown out, let's watch and see. Mar
Blackmore Park Estate in Girrawheen have already sold a few OPT properties. I wonder how high the prices go once the zoning has been implemented.
