Getting your credit report

    Does anybody check their credit report eg with Veda?

    and is there a way to get your credit history and rating for free?

    i used to subscribe to Veda Credit Reports.. $85 per year. You get one credit report per quarter.. I stopped subscribing when I realised I have not been checking it that often. If ever I need one I would just pay the fee for the report.

    Yes, their affiliates will send you letters to apply for personal loan afterwards :)

    I subscribe to Veda.

    Powerful stuff to know what affects your score and what doesn't - if your score goes up or down, to see it in action.

    Personally, I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't now it's used nationally with a US-style scoring system.
