Getting some legal insight regarding a tenant that wont leave

    This was highlighted in the investigation report itself. More issues were highlighted with time During tenancy. They are kind of requesting, not forcing though; but i feel it is more of my moral obligation than legal. Yes, they did agree to the early lease termination and i gave just a week's notice after that.

    I was in a mindset that I have suffered enough because of the movement even though I did ask them on the option of 12 month eqse and lease extension. They lied in the beginning.

    Probably just time to move on, sounds like an amicable deal for everyone.
